Welcome to the Midlands State University Faculty of Commerce Library Guide. This is a one stop centre for your learning, research and study resources developed to cater for the research needs of students in the Faculty of Commerce. The resources available include e-journals, e-books, hard-copy books, journals and research papers. These resources play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Library provides quality services and outstanding collections.

All hardcopy textbooks are assigned call (class) numbers which are derived from the Library of Congress classfication scheme described here, for example HF5415 stands for the subject Marketing. For easy access to the hardcopy textbooks you can search for their physical location in the library using the Online Public Access Catalogue – (OPAC).
The Midlands State University Disability Resource Centre Libraries (DRC) are located at both the Gweru and Harare Campuses to provide services to students with special needs. The Libraries have equipment such as braille embossers, computers and magnifying readers as well as the Jaws software which assist users with special needs to efficiently access information.
